Oasis Christian Community: Ohio State Just Got Smaller

A large campus can make you feel like you’re just another face in the crowd. Surrounded by so many people, it’s still possible to feel so alone. We’d like to offer a solution. Oasis presents an environment where you can connect with other people on a personal level during on-campus Bible study while also enjoying a larger, multi-generational church environment on Sunday with our parent church, Grandview Christian Assembly.

What to Expect

Oasis meets on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm in Enarson Classroom 245. These gatherings seek to avoid a lecture style, instead encouraging an interactive community conversation. True to our community approach, you can also expect to enjoy some good food.

Our Vision

Our vision is to raise up spiritual leaders who become pillars in new and existing churches. This is why our Bible studies are geared toward students growing into a deeper walk with Jesus Christ.

In addition to the Tuesday night gatherings, you can expect an invitation to church on Sundays at Grandview Christian Assembly. This is where you can get involved with a faith community that has a small church dynamic as well as opportunities to serve the community. Rides are arranged for those who wish to attend, but have no transportation.

Oasis provides opportunities for students to grow through mentor-based discipleship. Participants not only get the chance to make progress in their faith, but find out what it’s like to mentor others.
